LE Officer to get Promotion

I wanted to pass on some news that
I have recently heard concerning Norman Minty. Last week he
was picked up for promotion to Lieutenant Colonel. I spoke to
him in Cyprus last week and as you can imagine he is thrilled.
He is the first Late Entry Officer (as far as I know) to reach that
rank and it is a great achievement for him and I know there are many
farmersboys that would be delighted to know this news. If you need
